Refund Policy

If you're not happy with ChurchCreate for any reason, we will refund your first subscription charge in full if you ask within 7 days of that charge. No questions asked, though we'll always welcome the feedback.

The window starts on the date of your first paid charge, not when you created your account or used free trial generations. The guarantee covers your first charge whether you chose a monthly, quarterly, or yearly term. Renewal charges after the first are not refundable, and we don't refund the unused part of a quarterly or yearly term; you can cancel anytime from the billing page and keep access through the end of the term you paid for.

Email hello@churchcreate.comwith the subject line "Refund request" from the email address on your account, so we can verify it's you. That's it.

Refunds go back through Stripe to your original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

When a refund is issued, your subscription is cancelled and paid access ends right away, rather than at the end of the billing period. Designs you generated remain yours; if you'd like an export, ask in the same email.
