Questions churches actually ask.
- What counts as a generation?
- One project. You describe what you need, ChurchCreate designs a set of concepts in your church's look, and you pick the one you want in every size. Refining the text, swapping a background, resizing, and starting a project from the Community Projects library don't use a generation. Asking for a fresh set of concepts does.
- What's the difference between monthly, quarterly, and yearly?
- Only how often you pay and what you pay. Every plan gives you the same monthly usage on any term. Quarterly bills every 3 months at a lower rate; yearly bills once a year and works out to 2 months free.
- What happens when I use up my plan for the month?
- You can keep going a little past your allotment before it pauses until your next month starts. If that keeps happening, Max is built for it.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Anytime, from the billing page. Moving up takes effect right away and you only pay the difference for the rest of your term. Moving down, or to a shorter term, takes effect when your current term ends, so you keep everything you paid for.
- Is there a refund policy?
- Yes. If ChurchCreate isn't for you, ask within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full, on any term. After that, plans run to the end of the term you paid for and you can cancel anytime.
- What's on the Free plan?
- A free generation every month to try the generator, plus the Weekly Drop: a fresh set of finished designs free to download every week. No card needed.
- Who sees what I make?
- Designs from Free and Pro accounts may be added to the Community Projects library, where other churches can download them or start their own project from them. Max keeps your work private.
